Step 1. Initial Consultation

Our journey begins with a personalised consultation. This is where I get to know you, your style preferences, and your goals for the project. We'll discuss your vision, budget, and any specific requirements you may have.

Step 2. Fee Proposal

Once I have determined the scope of work you require, I will create your tailored fee proposal. This will include a return brief, costs for my services along with my terms and conditions. This will need to be signed off prior to moving onto the next phase.

Step 3. Concept Development

Once I have a clear understanding of your needs, I will start creating a design concept tailored to your vision and lifestyle. This includes creating mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to help you visualize the proposed design. This involves selecting materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories that bring the design to life.

Step 4. Design Presentation

This is when you will get to see what I have created for you. I will present your design concept, explaining the vision and the rationale behind each element. This is your chance to provide feedback and make any revisions before we move forward.

Step 5. Design Development and Detailed Documentation

With the design concept approved, I'll make any final revisions for approval. I will dive into the details including a check measure, furniture schedules and documentation. I’ll create a comprehensive plan outlining every aspect of the project. This may include trades required for the project and final quotes from suppliers for your approval.

Step 6. Ordering + Construction Phase

Now this has all been signed off and finalised I will invoice you for the furniture. Once payment has been received, I will place all orders and give you an ETA on delivery times. During this phase I am also able assist with placements of lighting fixtures, finalising last minute decisions, site visits to check on progress. (please note I do not project manage trades; however, I am happy to work alongside trades if they need any clarification on my designs). This is when all trade works will be complete. (if applicable) I will start sourcing all the styling elements.

Step 7. Styling/Install

Now it's time to bring the design to life. Once all furniture and styling items have arrived I will come and do a fitout day. No design is complete without the finishing touches. I’ll add the final layers of styling, including accessories, artwork, and decorative accents, to enhance the overall look and feel of the space.

Step 8. Project Hand Over

The moment you've been waiting for—the big reveal! I’ll walk you through the completed project, ensuring that every detail meets your expectations. You now get to enjoy your beautiful home the way you envisioned.
